One lonely leaf
Drifts down,
Gently settling
On the ground
Slowly it fades
Into its peers,
Orange turning brown
Until it disappears
Once bright green
It’s life is past,
come full circle
Death arrives at last
One lonely leaf
Drifts down,
Gently settling
On the ground
Slowly it fades
Into its peers,
Orange turning brown
Until it disappears
Once bright green
It’s life is past,
come full circle
Death arrives at last
