I am a long time lover of books and writing, but haven’t had many chances to indulge until recently. I’ve got 4 beautiful chicklets, including 3 littles I birthed over the span of 3.5 years, as well as a young adult that came with the wedding ring.

(Seriously, best pregnancy and delivery ever!)

I work full time caring for others, and find I need a daily outlet for my creative side now even more during these turbulent times. This blog was step one, and step two was working on publishing my new book.

I can’t believe I started in 2015 and have now been going strong for almost ten years (if I round up;)

I’m happy to say I’ve succeeded not only in publishing a book, but multiple books under the publishing company, Summerland Gate Productions, which you can learn all about on hmgoodenauthor.com.

While I have achieved many of my publishing goals, this page is dedicated to my morning ramblings and random thoughts while I work on being a decent human and fulfilling my various roles.
